Choose Local and Small Y’all (CLASY) was born in 2020 with a simple belief: small businesses deserve more than a seat at the table — they deserve a stronger voice. We challenged conventional approaches and built a community-first platform designed to support, spotlight, and promote locally owned small businesses.

Today, CLASY is a growing alliance of small business advocates and a community-driven platform connecting locals, visitors, and small businesses across North Carolina. Serving as a Discover Local hub year-round, we highlight local shops, restaurants, services, events, and community initiatives through storytelling, campaigns, events, and creative digital marketing — helping small businesses get seen, supported, and involved while strengthening the communities they serve.
